Facilities
The London Institute is held at the College of Law of England and Wales, in the heart of Bloomsbury and moments from Russell Square and the British Museum. It is located at 14 Store Street, close to the Goodge Street tube stop on the Northern Line.
Orientation
Please plan to attend orientation on Monday, June 25, at 4 p.m. at the College of Law building. Classes and Internships begin Tuesday, June 26 at 9 a.m.
Touring
London offers multiple activities for every interest and has a lively social scene. Excellent public transportation and rail links, including the Eurostar to Paris and Brussels, provides opportunities for destinations outside the city, and it is possible for London students to join the Paris program's trip to Chartres Cathedral and the Loire Valley.
Legal Activities
Students will be immersed in the legal life of London, with visits to the Royal Courts of Justice, Old Bailey, the Inns of Court and Lloyds. There may be special presentations by London judges, barristers and solicitors.
Last Year's Enrollment
Last summer 59 students participated in the London Institute.
Guarantee
USD guarantees that the London Institute will be held subject only to minor adjustments due to emergencies or subject to force majeure. USD has never cancelled an advertised Institute.
