Areas of Expertise
Professor Olesti teaches European Union (EU) law.
Professional Experience
Olesti has taught at the University of Barcelona since 1987. His areas of research are in immigration and migration laws within the EU. He also conducts research about the institutions of the European Union and European Community legal order focusing on the institutional level, the European Parliament and the field of law with review of the Treaty on European Union.
Honors and Affiliations
Olesti is an honorary member of the editorial board of the Journal of European Law General and honorary member of the editorial board of the Electronic Journal of International Studies.
