The purpose of LAMP is to promote mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. We seek to achieve self-awareness as law students by focusing on slowing down, living in the present moment, and being kind to ourselves and others. We explore mindfulness in all aspects of our being and reap benefits like lower stress and anxiety. We develop a personal practice while also sharing in the strength of the group. We are lawful minds leading mindful lives.
