The purpose of LAMP is to promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being. We seek to achieve self-awareness in law students by focusing on slowing down, living in the present moment, and being kind to others. Weekly themes include ways to overcome destructive habits and stress reduction through physical activity, healthy eating and artistic expressions. Guest speakers and experienced practitioners will be invited to guide practices. We are lawful minds leading mindful lives.
