This is the last SBA General Meeting of the semester. Any USD law student may attend. For information regarding recent General Meetings, please check the SBA TWEN page. Student organizations that are receiving funding from SBA must send a representative to each General Meeting.

Criminal Law Society: 1L Criminal Law Final Exam Advice

The Criminal Law Society is here to give advice, study tips, and answer any questions you might have about your Criminal Law final exam. We will have former CALI award winners and Academic Fellows to help prepare you for your first law school final exam. Come with questions and enjoy some lunch.

Office for Graduate and International Programs: Summer Study Abroad Discussion with Professor Devitt

It is not too early to think about studying abroad next summer. Join Director of Summer Law Programs Abroad Professor Devitt for a discussion about our great summer study abroad opportunities for 2017. Learn about the courses being offered, available scholarships, and how you can gain valuable international education, experience, and connections. A few of our summer study abroad participants from 2016 will share their experiences too.

Student Refrigerators and Freezers Cleaning

6 p.m.; Warren Hall Student Lounge

The student refrigerators and freezers will be cleaned out today at 6 p.m. All items left in the refrigerators and freezers on this date will be thrown away (including all lunch bags and food containers). Items may be stored back in the refrigerators and freezers on Saturday, December 3 at 8 a.m. The student refrigerators and freezers are cleaned out on the first Friday of every month.

Quiet Study Space

In addition to the Legal Research Center, a quiet study space is also available in the UC Exhibit Hall (located across from the Torero Store and next to Tu Mercado). This quiet study space is open starting Friday, December 2 at 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday. Starting Tuesday, December 13, the hours are 7:30 a.m. to midnight. Note that this study space is open to all USD students.

USD Health Survey

All USD students will receive an email on November 1 requesting their participation in the USD Health Survey. Participation in the survey will provide USD Student Wellness with key data about our students' health, and the information college will enhance the university's ability to address the wellness needs of the USD community. The link you receive in your email is unique to you and the survey is confidential. Ten students who take the survey will win $50. More information about the Health Survey is available online. You have until Thanksgiving to complete the survey.
