Ole Weekend: Parking Impact

Parking will be impacted on Friday, August 26th as the University welcomes new freshmen undergraduate students to campus. The Mission Parking Structure will be closed to employees and students. The parking lot between Warren Hall and the Legal Research Center will be available to students, but there is no guarantee that a space will be available. The West Parking Structure at the west side of campus will be available to accommodate students and employees. Please contact the Parking Services Office if you have any questions.

Appellate Moot Court: Alumni Torts Moot Court Information Session

12 p.m. - 12:50 p.m.; Warren Hall Grace Courtroom

The Alumni Torts Moot Court Tournament is an annual intramural moot court competition (open only to USD law students) organized entirely by the students of the Appellate Moot Court Board. This year's tournament will take place September 30-October 2, 2016, right here on campus. If you are interested in competing, please attend one of our information sessions to learn more about the tournament.

Student Refrigerators and Freezers Cleaning

6 p.m.; Warren Hall Student Lounge

The student refrigerators and freezers will be cleaned out today at 6 p.m. All items left in the refrigerators and freezers on this date will be thrown away (including all lunch bags and food containers). Items may be stored back in the refrigerators and freezers on Saturday, September 3 at 8 a.m.

Legal Research Center: Free Printing Week

Don’t have your USD printing account set up yet? Haven’t put money on your campus card? In 2016/2017, the law school is testing out a new “free printing week” as requested by your SBA representatives. During the first week of the semester (Sunday, August 21- Saturday, August 27), law students can print syllabi, resumes, and cover letters for free in the Legal Research Center (LRC) computer lab. Free printing is available for small jobs only; please do not print large jobs, including course materials, practice guides, etc. Look for signs in the LRC for further instructions.

Office of Financial Aid: Off-Campus Work Study Applications

Off-campus work study applications are now available for pick up at the Financial Aid Office in Warren Hall room 203. The submission deadline is Monday, August 29 at 5 p.m. (no exceptions). USD Mobile Apps: Install Today

Check out all of the USD mobile apps. Install the MySDMobile app (available in the Apple App Store and on Google Play) on your mobile device. Among several useful features, MySDMobile includes USD SafetyCheck. SafetyCheck allows you to contact the Department of Public Safety, report safety concerns, request a safety escort, and much more. You should also install the USD Law app (available in the Apple App Store and on Google Play). This app is designed specifically for the USD law community. You can view the student events calendar, access the LRC web page, track the campus tram in real-time, and much more.
