Should President Trump be allowed to tweet? Did Russian hackers swing the election? Though governments and private entities have both attempted to control discourse over the internet, it has nonetheless revolutionized how ordinary individuals engage in the political process. However, our increasing reliance on the internet has raised a myriad of issues. Professor Russell Weaver examines these problems, particularly in the context of the recent election, and the implications it has for our democracy.
