Learn how this tragedy brought two families together, and started a foundation that educates communities on the horrors of gang violence. Panelists include: Judge Joan P. Weber (San Diego Superior Court); Judge Peter C. Deddeh (San Diego Superior Court); Henry Coker (Office of the Public Defender); Azim Khamisa (Tariq's father); and Ples Felix (Tony's grandfather and guardian).
