Professor Maimon Schwarzschild Organizes Brexit Conference at NYU Law School

In April 2017, Professor Schwarzschild was one of the organizers of an academic conference at NYU Law School on British exit from the European Union ("Brexit"). The conference explored the benefits and costs of Brexit, and the legal and broader implications. The participants included Richard Epstein from NYU, Sir Roger Scruton, and John Finnis and Richard Ekins from Oxford University, among others. The conference papers will be published in 2018 in the Cardozo Law Review and will include contributions from USD Professors Schwarzschild ("Complicated, But Not Too Complicated") and Larry Alexander ("Brexit and the Future of Liberal Democracy").
