sentencing imageWith the 2011 realignment on the state side and the groundswell in the number of federal prosecutions, it’s time to retool the nuts and bolts of sentencing, including alternatives and how to assist your client once he or she has hit the joint, the jail, or the streets.

This seminar provides creative ways to address issues such as custody credits, restitution, and classification.

Speakers are seasoned members of the criminal justice community who will provide practical, profession, and institutional perspectives.

The University of San Diego is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider and certifies that this activity is approved for MCLE in the amount of 5.75 hours of general MCLE credit.
