USD is pleased to present the second annual Beyond the Law panel and reception.

Join us for a panel and reception with USD alumni who are engaged in a wide variety of alternative legal careers. The panel will address the versatility and marketability of a law degree and highlight career options outside the traditional practice of law. In addition, panelists will discuss factors that should be considered before embarking upon a non-legal career.

Facing an uncertain job market, alumni and law students are seeking more than historically traditional options to put their degrees to work.

A law degree is one of the most versatile graduate degrees you can obtain and this panel is a great opportunity to learn more about the many paths law school graduates can take. The reception following the panel is the perfect time to meet and connect with USD alumni interested in professional endeavors beyond the law.
