USD Professor Miranda McGowan Op-Ed Featured in San Diego Union-Tribune

San Diego (March 29, 2012)—Today an Op-Ed written by Professor of Law Miranda O. McGowan appeared in the San Diego Union-Tribune. The piece was titled, "Obamacare's day in court: What kind of conservatism will win?"
