CHICAGO (October 25, 2011)—Today, the Chicago Cubs announced that University of San Diego School of Law graduate Theo Epstein, ’00, has been named president of baseball operations. Epstein joins the Cubs after 10 seasons with the Boston Red Sox where he served as the club’s general manager for the past nine years.
