Gov. Schwarzenegger Appoints Thomas C. Rogers '76 to Superior Court Judgeship

Outgoing California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has appointed University of San Diego School of Law alumnus Thomas C. Rogers, class of 1976, to a judgeship in the Alameda County Superior Court.

Alameda County is located on the East side of San Francisco Bay. The county seat is Oakland, Calif.

Rogers has been a chief deputy district attorney, and previously a deputy district attorney, for the Alameda County District Attorney’s office since 1976. A republican, Rogers fills the vacancy created by the conversion of a court commissioner position in October 2010.
