Professor Frank Partnoy is Feature Interview on NPR's Fresh Air

SAN DIEGO, March 25, 2009 — University of San Diego School of Law Professor Frank Partnoy's expertise was tapped by NPR's Fresh Air on Wednesday, March 25. In the interview host Teri Gross and Professor Partnoy discuss the business of derivatives, credit default swaps, and short sellers.

Professor Partnoy, who directs USD School of Law's new Center for Corporate and Securities Law, is widely known for his book on Enron and other financial scandals, Infectious Greed: How Deceit and Risk Corrupted the Financial Markets as well as FIASCO: Blood In The Water On Wall Street. His forthcoming book, The Match King, examines the legacy of Ivar Kreuger, whose financial misdeeds led to much of our current securities and accounting regulation.
