Iovine Lab Publication Highlighted in Virtual Issue of Macromolecules “Polymers from Renewable Resources”

In early 2009 Peter M. Iovine, Ph.D., published an article in Macromolecules on the chemical modification of lignin by boronate ester formation under mild reaction conditions. This article is has been selected to appear in a virtual issue of Macromolecules: “Polymers from Renewable Resources.” One of the article’s co-author’s, Kristy Clarke, is a Chemistry and Biochemistry department alumnae.  The virtual issue is available free of charge at http://pubs.acs.org/page/mamobx/vi/2.
