Law School Reception Hahn University Center Forums A&B Immediately following Commencement 2009 Commencement Speaker Steven R. Altman, '86, is president of Qualcomm Incorporated. Most recently, Altman has been executive vice president of Qualcomm and president of Qualcomm Technology Licensing (QTL). QTL, under Altman, has grown to $1.33 billion in revenues in Qualcomm's Fiscal 2004. He has been a member of Qualcomm's executive committee since 1992.
