| Message | This seminar focuses on diverting the one way destination to conviction and derailing the prosecutorial train. We begin at the depot by choosing our traveling companions; the jury. Along our journey, we blow the whistle on mistrials, ethical violations, and prosecutorial misconduct, before we argue reasonable doubt. Train 1118.1 may be our final destination, but if not, we will take train 1181 to a new trial. Program Agenda: 8:30 - 9:00 a.m.
