2009 Legal Ethics Training

AGENDA:
Mr. Howard Wiggins will lead a discussion on several recent developments in income and estate tax laws as they relate to individual retirement accounts (IRAs). Mr. Wiggin’s discussion will include a review of basic estate tax and income tax rules concerning IRAs in addition to the recent developments in these rapidly changing areas.

Mr. Wiggins is a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law with Wiggins and Ebert, APC in San Diego, California. He has been a speaker for various San Diego County Bar Association and CEB programs on tax, probate and trust topics. Mr. Wiggins received both his bachelor’s degree and juris doctor from the University of California, Berkeley.
