Where is Corporate and Securities Litigation Headed Post-Crisis?

The University of San Diego School of Law's new Center for Corporate and Securities Law invites you to a panel discussion titled, "Where is Corporate and Securities Litigation Headed Post-Crisis?" featuring corporate and securities litigation experts:

Panelists will discuss trends in the aftermath of the financial crisis, including the changes in the nature and extent of state court filings in Delaware and the approaches taken in recent federal securities class action lawsuits against major financial institutions.

The panel discussion will take place at the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice on the University of San Diego campus.

From all directions, once you enter the west entrance of campus, stop by the Information Kiosk for a complimentary visitor permit, then:

• Park in the West Parking Stucture to your left after passing the Information Kiosk.
• Wait for the USD shuttle bus, which stops at the bottom and top of the parking structure every 15-20 minutes OR proceed by foot up the hill to the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice, which will be the first building on your right side (across from Mother Rosalie Hill Hall)
• The Peace & Justice Theatre is on the first floor; there will signs to direct you to the theater.
• Campus Map. Look for building #12 on the map (Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice).

Mass Transit

For attendees wishing to use mass transit, please be advised that schedules and services are limited; consulting schedules in advance is highly recommended. The most convenient hub is the Old Town Transit Center, which is served by bus, the San Diego Trolley, and the Coaster commuter train. The Old Town station is served by USD shuttle buses.
