| Abstract | One must suspect that what makes a mark "immoral" varies from country to country and depends primarily on factors extraneous to the structure or formal grammar of government-supervised registration systems. Perhaps a recent episode in China provides a good illustration for comparing and contrasting the practicalities that attend the identification of possibly "immoral" marks. |
