| Abstract | The California criminal law reacts to three types of mark-related abuses: (1) destruction or alteration of proprietary marks; (2) false association of products with particular locations or groups; (3) false designation of a particular source as the source of a product. In this article I provide a non-exhaustive survey of these statutes. |
