| Abstract | In this Article the author explains that while it appears that the Family Code and Catholic Church doctrine contemplate a parent/child relationship with very similar rights and obligations, these two bodies of doctrine differ significantly in scope and application, especially in the role of marriage in defining and regulating the parent/child relationship. |
