Whitney Sharpe Joins Law School's Office of Development and Relations Team

USD School of Law’s Office of Development and Alumni Relations welcomes Whitney Sharpe as the new associate director of development for the Law Annual Fund. Whitney replaces Debbi McIntyre who held the position for the past six years.

Whitney is a proud graduate of USD and started her career in development as a student caller in the university’s telefunding program where she developed a passion for higher education fundraising. Whitney accepted a position at San Diego State University where she managed a robust phonathon program, direct-mail, student giving campaigns, faculty and staff giving campaigns, the Aztec Parents Fund and President’s Leadership Fund.

At the law school, she is responsible for soliciting law school alumni through mail, phone, and email for annual fund gifts. She also manages the Graduating Class Gift and works to build a culture of philanthropy with current law students.
