U-T San Diego -- Usually, on Memorial Day weekend, Jacob Centeno wears a shirt left behind by his father, to honor him.
This year, however, the son of Navy SEAL Sr. Chief Daniel R. Healy will put on a cap and gown to receive his University of San Diego diploma.
It’s a moment that a son would like a father to witness. Centeno knows that his dad — a tough-guy SEAL who was built like a Humvee and never got a degree — would have gone misty. (Full Story)
