U-T San Diego -- At the University of San Diego in Linda Vista, students, alumni and community members gathered during a midday Mass to pray for Pope Francis and give thanks to God.
Nearly 150 people attended the service in the university’s Founders Chapel. Monsignor Dan Dillabough shared part of Pope Francis’ inaugural homily, which was given on the Feast Day of Saint Joseph. Francis urged the church to become protector of nature, the weak and especially the poor. (Full Story)
