| Message | The San Diego Chapter of Young Tax Lawyers is hosting a panel on the California Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act. Panelists Bruce O'Brien and Phil Jelsma will provide an overview of the topic and discuss important issues for young tax attorneys. Students are welcome to attend. The event is free. No RSVP necessary. University of San Diego School of Law is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider and certifies that this activity is approved for 1.5 hour of general credit. |
