Moot Court: McLennon Moot Court Competition Information Session

The Paul A. McLennon, Sr., Honors Moot Court Competition will be held in January and February 2013.  The McLennon competition provides 2Ls, 3Ls and 4Es an opportunity to develop their brief writing and oral advocacy skills in a competitive setting, where students compete individually.  The competition consists of a four-week class component (during which students learn to develop their written and oral advocacy skills), submission of a brief, and oral argument.  Competitors will compete in several preliminary rounds and a final round is argued before a distinguished panel of judges.  Students who have not participated before may receive one unit of credit.
