| Message | Employee benefit and compensation matters encompass a wide variety of issues, including pensions, profit sharing and 401(k) plans, and ESOPs. Practitioners also need to be conscious of the minimum standards for pension plans in private industry set by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"). Mr. Robert K. Butterfield will give an overview of these and other employee benfit and compensation issues. USD School of Law is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider and certifies that this activity is approved for 1 hour of general credit.
