Professor Wolfe teaches in the area of corporate transactions.
Wolfe is a partner at the law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP in San Diego. He has substantial experience advising start-up and emerging businesses and public companies, particularly those in the life sciences and high-technology industries.
Honors and Affiliations
Wolfe was named a San Diego “Best Lawyer” in corporate law in the 2013 issue of Best Lawyers. He is a former chairman and current trustee and member of executive committee of Rady Children’s Hospital and Health Center in San Diego. Wolfe is a trustee of BIOCOM, CONNECT, and serves as counsel to Sanford Consortium for Regenerative Medicine, and as a board member of Corporate Directors Forum and Xconomist for Xconomy, the online technology newspaper. Wolfe owned the San Diego Padres between 1990 and 1999.
