Professor Dubroof teaches international telecommunications law.
Dubroof is a former associate division chief of the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) International Bureau. She has served in various roles with the FCC since 1988, including director of the Disabilities Issues Task Force, acting chief of the Common Carrier Bureau and attorney-advisor to the Mobile Services Branch. Prior to joining the FCC, Dubroof worked in private practice as a sole practitioner.
Honors and Affiliations
Dubroof is a member of the State Bar of California and the District of Columbia Bar. She served as the senior legal advisor for the World Radiocommunication Conference.
