Randy Whaley

Professor Whaley teaches in the area of negotiation.

Professional Experience

Whaley is an international attorney who has worked in over twenty-five countries negotiating multi-million dollar shipping, oil and gas contracts. He previously served as chairman and CEO of an oil company in Oklahoma and worked with the U.S. Department of Justice, advising the White House Commission on National Justice. Whaley has also negotiated endorsement contracts for a number of professional athletes.

Honors and Affiliations

Whaley completed the Harvard University Law School Post Doctorate Program for Lawyers, specializing in international law, litigation and the law of the European Union.
