Professional Experience

Menarini current works as an associate attorney at Procopio, where she counsels clients on a variety of business matters related to international law, tax, trusts, estates and probates. Menarini’s practice focuses on international tax planning and related international laws, particularly in the United States and Mexico. She is experienced in the development of business transactions, worldwide investment and financing structures, and planning for worldwide income, income, estate and inheritance taxes.

Professor Menarini teaches International Estate Planning.

Menarin received her JD from University of San Diego School of Law and her LLM from New York University School of Law. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and State Bar of New York, and is also licensed to practice law in Italy.
