Accommodations for Students with Disabilities

If you need special examination arrangements because of a permanent medical condition, you must complete a Request for Examination Accomodation Form (PDF 20KB). A paper version of this form is available in the Office of the Law School Registrar. You must also obtain the necessary certification from the director of Disability Services in Serra 300 and submit it to the assistant dean for Student Services. This form must be submitted early enough to make arrangements for special accommodations, if appropriate. If special arrangements are approved for you on a continuing basis for the same reason, you still must complete a Request for Examination Accomodation Form (PDF 20KB) and submit it to the Office of the Law School Registrar by the deadline for each subsequent exam period.
