Attend the School of Law Reception for Mid-Year Graduates from 2-4:00 p.m. in the Faculty Reading Room (Warren Hall, Room 201). |

December 17, 2009 |
Attend the University-wide Mid-Year Graduation Mass at 4:00 p.m. in Founder’s Chapel. Reception to follow in the adjoining courtyard. |
Before August 1, 2010 |
Notify Records Office of address/phone number changes for proper mailing of final grades and diploma and to facilitate the California State Bar application process. |

| Mid-February 2010 | Order cap and gown ($10.00 fee), commencement announcements, etc. at the USD Bookstore (Loma Hall), online or through the Graduation Hotline at (619) 260-4600, ext 2597. Representatives available to order class ring. | |
| Before March 1, 2010 | Go to the CalBar Web site to register for the 2010 California July Bar Examination. | |
| March 31 – May 15, 2010 |
Order commencement photos for May 15, 2010 ceremony online. | |
| March 31, 2010 | Last day to order cap and gown, $10 fee. | |
| Before April 2, 2010 | Complete and submit the graduate survey to Career Services Office. | |
| Mid-April – Mid-May, 2010 | Purchase tickets for the Law School Graduation Party. Details will be posted to the SBA Web site when available. | |
| May 3, 2010 | Pick up cap and gown at USD Bookstore, Loma Hall. | |
| Mid-May, 2010 | Attend the Law School Graduation Party. Includes hors d'oeuvres, sit-down dinner, dancing and more! Cash-bar. Details will be posted to the SBA Web site when available. | |
| MAY 12, 2010 | Complete and submit the Keep in Touch alumni survey. | |
| May 14, 2010 | Attend the Law School Graduation Mass at 2:30 p.m. in Founders Chapel. | |
| May15, 2010 | Attend the Commencement Ceremony from 9:00–11:00 a.m. at the Jenny Craig Pavilion. No tickets necessary. Arrive for line-up by 8:00 am. Reception follows in the University Center, Forums A & B. | |

Mid-June – Mid-July, 2010 | Diplomas will be mailed to mailing address on file. To ensure proper delivery of your diploma, be sure to complete and submit a change of address form (PDF). |
