| March 1, 2013 | Go to the CalBar website to register for the 2012 California July Bar Examination. (For bar exams in other states, click HERE.) |
| March 13-14, 2013 | GradFest. 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. at the Torero Store. Order cap and gown ($25.00 fee), commencement announcements, photos, etc. at the USD Torero Store (Loma Hall), online, or through the Graduation Hotline at (619) 260-4600 ext. 4248. Representatives will be available to order a class ring. |
| March 22, 2013 | Deadline to APPLY TO GRADUATE. Log in to MySanDiego and go to the "Law Student" tab. In the Academic Records Tools channel, click on "Apply to Graduate." You MUST complete the online form if you plan to graduate in May. Deadline to provide commencement and diploma information. If you do not wish to provide this information online, go to the Record's Office in Warren Hall room 202. Deadline to schedule your mandatory exit interview. Students whose last names start with A-J must email lawcareers@sandiego.edu. Students whose last names start with K-Z must email lawstudentaffairs@sandiego.edu. (JD Students Only) |

| April 1, 2013 | Last day to submit your JD Concentration Application to the Office for JD Student Affairs, Warren Hall 206; LLM's submit your Concentration Application to Graduate and International Programs, Warren Hall 207. |
| April 12, 2013 | Last day to submit your Pro Bono hours to the Office for JD Student Affairs. |
| April 15, 2013 | Last day to order cap and gown ($25.00 fee). |
| April 19, 2013 | Last day to notify the Office for JD Student Affairs if your relatives are alums and you would like them to participate on stage at commencement. |
| April 22, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. | Deadline for graduating students to email the Office for JD Student Affairs if they would like to sing the national anthem at commencement. |
| Mid-April - Early May, 2013 | Complete mandatory Financial Aid Exit Loan Counseling. |
| Before May 1, 2013 | Participate in the Graduating Class Gift Campaign. For additional information, please visit the Class Gift website. |
| Before May 1, 2013 | Complete the online Career Services Graduate Survey, if not previously completed. (JD Students Only) |
| May 1, 2013 | GradFest II Celebration (Pick up cap and gown) from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. at the Degheri Alumni Center. Stop by and pick up your cap and gown while enjoying food, music, and a festive atmosphere. Caps and gowns can be picked up in the Torero store starting on May 2 during regular bookstore hours. |
| May 16, 2013 | Attend the Student Bar Association Grad Bash at 7:30 p.m. at Bootlegger. Tickets are $25 and available for purchase online. |
| May 17, 2013 | Attend the Law School Graduation Mass at 4 p.m. in Founders Chapel. If you are interested in volunteering at the mass, please contact the Office for JD Student Affairs. |
| May 18, 2013 | Attend the Commencement Ceremony from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. at the Jenny Craig Pavilion. No tickets necessary. Arrive for line-up by 8 a.m. Reception follows in the University Center, Forums A, B and C. The ceremony will be webcast live and replays will be available for one week following the ceremony. |
| July, 2013 | Diplomas will be mailed to mailing address on file. Order Commencement photos from the May 18, 2013 ceremony online from Classic Photography. |
