Email Signature

Email is the law school's number one method of communication with both internal and external audiences. The law school has updated the university's official email signature format to include an area to market special programs or campaigns. This format includes a standard format for listing contact information.

Email signatures should not include the university's logo or other custom signatures or marks. As images within email require end-users to download or they attach to emails making them larger, USD does not support email signatures that include image files.

Download an RTF file. Cut and paste the text into the signature section of your email program and customize the text accordingly.

  • PC users may need to reduce the font size. Recommended size is 11pt to 12pt.
  • MAC users may need to increase the font size. Recommended size is 14px.
