Academics

The Entrepreneurship Clinic provides comprehensive legal assistance to individuals or groups who have questions about starting or expanding a small business.

The Corporate Counsel Internship Program is a clinical training program allowing students to receive academic credit for working in the legal department of a corporation, company or other business entity.

Concentration

Success in a business and corporate practice rests on the ability to combine innovation and adaptation with a foundational understanding of the complexities of corporate structure, business finance and the regulatory environment. For students ready to intensely focus their study after the first year, USD School of Law offers a concentrated program in Business and Corporate Law. The Business and Corporate Law concentration offers a rich selection of courses taught by leading scholars and expert practitioners.
