Recruiting Policies

USD Law Career and Professional Development endorses the National Association of Legal Placement Professionals (NALP) Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services and Employment Professionals. We ask NALP employers to be aware of and voluntarily abide by the NALP Principles.

The facilities and services of the Career and Professional Development office are only available to employers whose hiring practices are consistent with this policy.

Candidates who believe employers have violated USD School of Law's non discrimination agreement have been instructed to contact Career and Professional Development.
