USD Law Career and Professional Development endorses the National Association of Legal Placement Professionals (NALP) Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services and Employment Professionals. We ask NALP employers to be aware of and voluntarily abide by the NALP Principles.

Student Employment Weekly Hours Policy
Per ABA rules, a student may not be employed more than 20 hours per week in any week in which the student is enrolled in more than twelve class hours. During the summer term, a law school student employee may work up to 40 hours a week.
