PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Join attorneys Branden Butler (Fair Housing Center of the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, Inc.), Lynn Dover (Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP) and Mary M. Howell (Epsten Grinnell & Howell, APC) for a discussion regarding what state and federal laws require of housing providers in terms of disability issues. Panelists will discuss statutes, agency guidance and case law on these and related topics, provide examples of typical issues and appropriate responses, as well as remedies available to aggrieved claimants and insurance considerations.
