Law Annual Fund

Gifts to the Law Annual Fund play a crucial role in helping the University of San Diego School of Law maintain high standards of excellence in its programs and activities. The Law Annual Fund is a primary source of support for the law school. It provides the Dean with maximum flexibility to meet the most critical and immediate needs of the school:

  • Cutting edge programs and new academic initiatives
  • Scholarships, financial aid, and the Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP)
  • Recruiting and retaining a world-class faculty
  • Technology enhancements
  • Student clubs and organizations
  • The Legal Research Center
  • Student services
  • Clinical education

USD School of Law is an outstanding center of legal education with a distinguished faculty, a talented student body and a dedication to innovation. Our students share superb credentials, intellectual curiosity and a commitment to learning the law. The demanding but welcoming environment of the law school emphasizes individualized education and services.

Alumni giving participation rate is a measure of alumni satisfaction with the law school, an important criterion organizations use when determining the law school’s academic ranking. Ultimately a strong Law Annual Fund provides the means for advancing the school’s reputation and increasing the value of a USD School of Law degree. Alumni support at all levels is essential.
