Entrance Requirements

Applicants to the LLM in Comparative Law program or the LLM in Taxation program (as approved) should refer to the Application Checklist for International Students.

Visa Information

International students and exchange visitors should make note of specific requirements and conditions that pertain to their visa type (F-1 student or J-1 Exchange Visitor). For additional information, please refer to the Visa Information web page.

Health Insurance Requirement

International students and scholars at the University of San Diego School of Law are required to fulfill the health insurance requirement.
