USD School of Law follows a rolling admission policy.
The priority filing date to submit application materials is February 1. However, applications may be submitted after this date and are reviewed as space permits. It is the responsibility of applicants to ensure that the School of Law Office of Admissions receives all application materials.
All applicants are required to take the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT), which is given four times a year at test centers throughout the world. The test application form must be received by LSAT/LSDAS at least four weeks prior to the desired test date.
Admission is for the fall semester only for first year students.
