Professor Lesley K. McAllister teaches and conducts research in the areas of environmental law, property law, and comparative and international law. Before joining the University of San Diego law faculty, Professor McAllister clerked for the Honorable Fern M. Smith of the Northern District of California and also worked for Earthjustice and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Office of Regional Counsel.
