Todd G. Miller is a principal with the law firm of Fish & Richardson P.C. Miller ís practice over the past ten years at F&R has focused primarily on patent litigation. He works closely with clients to develop effective and efficient strategies for managing patent infringement issues, including alternatives and adjuncts to litigation such as patent reexamination and licensing. He has litigated cases in a wide range of technology areas, including telecommunications, mechanical, computer software, and Internet technologies, but his primary focus is in the area of medical devices. Todd is the training director and pro bono coordinator at the San Diego office of F&R. He is a 1992 graduate of the USD School of Law.
