Professor Bresnahan teaches patent law policy.
Professional Experience
Bresnahan is of counsel to Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses his practice on intellectual property counseling, patent prosecution, and litigation primarily in the life science, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and clean technology fields.
Honors and Affiliations
Bresnahan was recognized in the San Diego Daily Transcript as the Young Attorney of the Year in 2009. He also received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services in 2009. While a student at the University of San Diego, Bresnahan was lead editor of the San Diego International Law Journal.
