Dan Dillon

Areas of Expertise
Professor Dillon teaches in the areas of corporate law and international finance.
Professional Experience
Between 2005 and 2010, Dillon was partner and head of the U.S. corporate finance practice in Asia for Norton Rose in Hong Kong. Before that, Dillon was a senior associate based in Norton Rose's London headquarters, from which he worked across Europe and in Africa. He provided advice on U.S. law and market practice to companies in Asia with operations in the U.S., including IPOs and private placements, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and corporate governance. Dillon was also a senior associate for Cooley, where he represented biotech, medical device and other life-science companies on a variety of corporate and finance matters. Dillon joined USD School of Law in 2013.
