Professional Experience
Elliott is the principal at Ross T. Elliott Attorney. His practice focuses on real estate and commercial litigation. He joined USD School of Law in 2011.
Honors and Affiliations
Elliott graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the California Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit United States District Court, and the United States Court of Claims. Elliott has practiced pro hac vice in North Carolina as well as the United States District Court, Middle District Louisiana and the Southern District of Florida.
