Professor Tyree supervises the corporate counsel and the enterntainment, sports and intellectual property internship programs.
Professional Experience
Tyree began her legal career at Ross, Dixon & Bell, LLP, a mid-size national law firm, where she focused on corporate and real estate matters. After Ross, Dixon & Bell was acquired by Troutman Sanders LLP, a large international law firm, Tyree continued her legal practice as a member of Troutman's corporate department. Tyree has advised corporate and real estate clients on complex transactions, including joint ventures, corporate restructures, asset transfers, and commercial real estate portfolio acquisitions.
Honors and Affiliations
Tyree serves on the board of directors and planning committee of HeadNorth, a nonprofit that provides assistance to individuals with spinal cord injuries, and is a member of the Lawyers Club and San Diego County Bar Association.
