Christopher Green

Areas of Expertise
Professor Green teaches in the areas of constitutional law, administrative law, and criminal law. His scholarship focuses chiefly on philosophy-of-language-informed constitutional theory, the history of the Fourteenth Amendment, and the nature of corporations.
Professional Experience
Green clerked for the Honorable Rhesa Barksdale of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit and practiced law with Phelps Dunbar in Jackson, Miss., specializing in appellate litigation.
Honors and Affiliations
Green graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University where he won both the Lyman H. Atwater Prize in Politics and the John G. Buchanan Prize in Politics. He was a senior editor of the Yale Law Journal.
