Professor DiGiacco teaches in the area of trial advocacy.
Professional Experience
DiGiacco is an associate in the San Diego office of Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, where his practice focuses on class action and derivative securities litigation. He clerked for the Honorable Thomas J. Whelan of the Southern District of California and interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California, the California Department of Corporations, and the California Attorney General’s Office. DiGiacco joined USD School of Law in 2011.
Honors and Affiliations
DiGiacco graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law where he competed nationally in both mock trial and moot court. He received the Thorsnes Outstanding Future Trial Lawyer Award as well as admission into the Order of the Barristers.
