Professional Experience
Tahmassebi is a founding partner of TechLaw LLP, an intellectual property boutique firm. His practice encompasses patent prosecution in all technology areas, with the main focus on pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical sectors.
Honors and Affiliations
Tahmassebi graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is a member of the Order of the Coif. Tahmassebi is admitted to practice in the State of California, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
